Re: Where ya march?
Sun, May 23, 2004 - 12:59 PMSafford High School for 3 years. Now they blew out the flag line and made the dancers do it. It's kinda stupid. We had plans for tryouts and everything. And the principal didnt even talk to us about it. But I had 3 AWESOME years doing it. :-) and I'l never forget it too. -

Re: Where ya march?
Wed, December 20, 2006 - 11:03 AMI did winter guard back in the 80's in upstate New York. I was very sad when my parents moved us to Florida. Back then I think there were a couple guards but nothing like there is now. Also did drum corps and marching band. Some of the most fun times of my life. And that's saying a lot.

Re: Where ya march?
Wed, May 25, 2005 - 9:09 AMI marched with Pacificaires (from British Columbia, Canada) for 10 years. Started when I was seven in their novice guard and moved on up to the Independant 'A' guard. I bowed out of the guard life when I was seventeen, but have some fabulous memories of dancing, travelling and competing.

Re: Where ya march?
Mon, February 26, 2007 - 10:26 AMThis post is several years old, but maybe someone will see it. I was in R-Future in the early 80's it was a new and young color guard based out of Round Lake in Illinois. Then I went in to Rebelairs in the mid-80's. I remember the Cavaliers and Phantom Regiment in the 80's. Great goups!! The Rebelairs folded in the late 80's. I did marching band in HS and College but it wasn't the same.
